Federico Chavarria

Federico is a native of Guanacaste province, very proud of his roots and background as a Tico.   He has been working on tourism for the last 20 years of his life in customer service working for hotels like Four Season, Exclusive Resort, Prieta Beach Club, Andaz, Marriott Collection, Hilton, to mention some of the most successful Hotels worldwide.

In 2017 he started his career as a Realtor at The Palms in Flamingo beach. After he concluded satisfactorily with The Palms real estate program, Federico joined AMSI Costa Rica in 2022.  As a local from this side of the country he is a very dynamic and passionate Realtor who loves serving people finding the home of your dreams.
