Occupants are billed according to our Reservation Policy and Supplier's are paid according to the Master Rental Marketing & Placement Agreement. In the event of a dispute to the number of days occupied, owner shall be entitled to their net rental return prorated in a manner consistent with the same time period in which AMSI has collected rents for.
AMSI exercises it's best effort to identify and bill occupants for cleaning, maintenance and damages beyond normal wear and tear. AMSI is required to identify, access, and refund security deposits to occupants with 21 days after departure. To comply with the requirement, any claims by the property owner must be made within 14 days after the occupants departure.
In the event an Owner or Supplier feels that AMSI has not performed in the manner stated in our Marketing Agreement please attempt to resolve your disputes with your AMSI representative. In the unlikely event your dispute is not consistent with the the policy stated herein you may call AMSI Officer Robb Fleischer at 415-447-2009, or via e-mail at rfleischer@amsiemail.com. Disputes must be communicated immediately so that they can be reviewed and discussed timely to provide ample time to comply with California Law requiring the return of Security Deposits with 21 days.
